Recently had my carpet done by Capel after recommendation from my parents . Amazing service throughout, went into the shop one weekend found a carpet rem we liked for a great price they measured up to check it would fit was fitted a week later by Chris who was also fantastic will definitely use capel again.

I'd of given them 10 Stars if I could have. They're just what you want turning up outside your house to fit Carpets. FAST, EFFICIENT AND CLEAN. I'm a Landlord Currently Living and Working in Canada and finding good tradesman is hard. Over the years you get used to sub standard workmanship and unprofessionalism. For example I had a locksmith joke about keeping a copies of the keys to the house mostly occupied by females!!! (NO he didn't finish the job or that cup of tea, before being shown the CURB) So when Capel Carpets turned up on time as arranged and did the whole house to such a high standard...I had to check my invoice. I'm not kidding They totally transformed the house and the tenants ARE VERY HAPPY!!! BREATH OF FRESH AIR, BEST OF BRITISH, TOP JOB WELL DONE :) A+++++++++

Think Twice before you deal with this company.They will attract you with cheaper prices, but poor after sales sevice and very rude staff to deal with. Even the fitter came to the house left all the mess,didnt bother to clean up before he leave the job. I went to this company following the rewiews online, but disappointed with their sevice and cheap quality..Its worth considering other retailers as yo will get peace of mind and avoid disputes
