I ordered one latte and flat white so i get literally cold coffee when i returned she said that long queues and short staff, so i spend money without having my coffee i have been st albans branch, it was perfect but here omg if you want to have coffee and clean environment please use other options

Disgsting filthy place

The staff were very rude and dismissive today. This is not the first time we have experienced exasperated staff at this branch.
I ordered an iced latte without ice as I did not want my drink to be too cold during this weather.
They were quite grumpy when I requested this. I had previously asked for this at a different branch where they gladly obliged and just added some extra milk.
The image attached shows what they handed me today. A half filled cup, saying that's what you get without ice.
Thus, please keep in mind that when you order iced drinks from this branch, this is the amount of coffee you're getting for 4/5 quid.
Not impressed with their attitude or service. I understand getting less volume without ice, but how much they reduced the volume was just ridiculous. It was too concentrated and sweet, gave me a headache after a couple of sips.

Racist rude staff! I waited for a couple minutes no one came until a another person came to wait, she got served before me even though I was first that?s fine whatever but then when I got to the till the worker cut me off and told me to go back and wait so she can serve someone else?? I am a hijabi wearing an abaya and I never write reviews but I?m so disappointed and shocked I just walked out because I knew they weren?t gonna serve me

I realised how good the Cafe Nero Watford is when I visited another Nero Branch in another Town.
I will like to highlight one member of staff in particular who is called Josh from the Cafe Nero Watford branch.
Even in a busy period Josh can multitask and make sure customers are served and not waiting around, he will be doing his own work but will always see how his colleagues are getting on.
I only realised how good Josh is when I went to a different Café Nero and saw staff at a quite branch struggling. Credit to him.
Hats off to Josh and welldone Watford for having reliable and regular staff who have connected with customers.

What is going on with the staff in this place like a pack of wolves , the gang up on customers and as another customer watching I politely stated that they being very confrontational they then proceeded to get angry at me , you need to train staff on how to make the customers happy not piss off everyone in the shop absolutely atrocious behaviour from all the staff

We visit on our home games match day and this branch with its friendly team has become part of our pre-match ritual after a long and stressful drive (lol)!
There is plenty of choice for dietary requirements in terms of drinks and food, hot and cold. Seating indoors and outside and wheelchair access plus disabled toilet.
The person who makes our visit extra special is Nisha one of the baristas. Nisha is knowledgeable , always serving with a smile and friendly greeting and very supportive of her team and the new trainee baristas. Nisha leads her team well and is always working hard behind the scenes when not serving. She knows her regulars and what they have which in today?s busy commercial environment is something to be praised indeed!
Well done and a big thank you to the team at Cafe Nero Watford for making our experience extra special especially Nisha ? See you all soon ??
