I've been coming to this cafe with my family for at least 10 years. It's highly accessible via lifts for anyone with wheelchairs or pushchairs, I've never had an issue getting a table and the staff are friendly. After so many years coming they know us by sight! Today we visited for the first time and, whilst the food was good, the service was unacceptable. My daughter and I were sitting at the table when an older staff member threw the plates down in front of us as if he were serving dogs. He then just turned away and walked off.
