Contacted these guys following a recommendation after I had a little scrape with my brand new BMW 128ti. Highly recommend, they were great from start to finish, providing a competative estimate for the works to be done, they had my car in the body shop within a week and were done in 2 days as promised (cleaned, polished and they even pumped up my tyres and got rid of the annoying car alert I had been happily ignoring). Receptionist was polite but I never received any email or call back regarding the quote even after calling a few times.Thanks for your reply and phone call, after sending me a photo of the sent email it?s clear the address is wrong even though I tried too triple check it was correct. NAR is the most helpful place I have ever been and definitely, they know what they are doing! They support me through all processes and my car looks like new again. They dealt with all the paperwork and explained everything clearly. I was petrified by all the insurance procedures but they sorted out everything. I thought I would be with no car for ages but service was so fast which is so important for me because I cannot get to work without a car.Plus they keep me updated. They are highly professional and customer service is at another level, I think that all body shops and garages learn from them.I recommend them to a few friends and we all had the same experience! They honest, always give fair price and go out of the way to help you.If I ever need a body shop again, they always will be my first and only choice, I love them!!!!
