Avoid this place at all costs , the bald gentleman with a white dot on his forehead wasn?t bothered about handing over my parcel , I could see it with my name lying on the floor but said the postman took everything back. Refused to give his name as didn?t care he needs move from this place.

Sunday working hours are not updated. Was there on Sunday 7:30am the shop was closed.

One of the workers who are bold had been really angry at these kids who were accidentally blocking the door , he then proceeds to insult their parents and threaten them , he also treated his female co-worker like a dog bossing her around the shop

Served by a Rude old head old man, no respect for women, can barely speak English and was desperate to serve men when he hadn?t finished with me. It wasn?t even busy! Also told me never to come back when suggested should serve one customer finish with me and then serve the next. But he had a preference to serving men first! A disrespectful old man indeed! Will never shop at any of your stores again!!

Very poor. The website says they are open from 6am so I walked here. It's now 7.10 am and the shop is shut. Very disappointed walked a mile and the place isn't open. Do not believe Budgens website on opening times.

The worst customer service I have ever received.
My package was delivered here on a Tuesday. I came to collect it on a Wednesday and was told the scanner wasn?t working and that I should come back early on Thursday. I came back on Thursday and another old woman told me that the scanner is still broken and that I should come back at 4pm. I told her my situation and suggested some solutions so I can get my package but she was very unhelpful and rude. She didn?t even bother to check if the scanner was working.
Finally with the help of dpd customer service, I was able to get my package. At this point, the scanner all of a sudden started working. The shop workers then became verbally agressive and started shouting abuse at me.
I will definitely be reporting them. Very unacceptable.

Yodel system not working since morning till night but these guys do not care about it I have to waste my whole day. I came 5 times every 2 hours every time same response. Come after 2 hours

Very rude staff.
Prices too high.
They try to charge items more than once.
Do not collect parcels from there because the service is the poorest I have ever seen.
They don't give receipts, and when they do it is too generic on the items name.
