I bought single bed when u came home screws are small n I can't fix header and didn't visit shop 1 month because I was out of side. I visit the shop 1 day after 1 month with receipt meet manager who's was very angry.treate me badly.and said no more discussion.and behave very rudely with. My £150 wasted.

I had a sofa delivered today by Costa and nick from Watford bhf store ...it was a very tricky job for them ,as the space we had was extremely minimal ...but with a drill and some maneuvering, takin a door off aswel to get it through, and they both worked hard and knew what they were doin .very professional, will 100 % be using them again in the future

2nd time of trying to help with the BHF Never ever again.
This occasion they didn't turn up but said they called at our home.
THEY ARE LIARS. Don't waste your time with Watford BHF. No stars but but you have to give it one to post.

Can never walk past BHF (small shop) without paying a visit.Have lovely staffs and volunteers all the time.
A month ago I accidentally dropped a glass sovereign that was around £5 , I collected all the pieces by myself and thought i would pay for it.
Embarrassed by what happened and also the awkwardness to pay for what I broke, I took a Jeans for my self and went to the till, there was a lovely lady (in her 50s 60s) she didn?t let me pay for the broken gift aid and billed only for the jeans.
The jeans was of very good quality as well :)

This is a review for BHF free furniture collection. The process was seamless, and they collected all of the items I had because they were in good condition. The collection people have the right to refuse if it is not good enough to resell. They are not a disposal service, the idea is that they can sell good second hand furniture on to make money for their CHARITY. Items were collected within a week of submitting my request online.My only negative feedback is that the two collection men were not friendly at all - barely said two words, and just grunted at me with a lot of huffing and puffing from the driver - not sure if they are service partners for the charity or are employed by BHF, but they could do with smiling at least after all I am making a donation to the charity.

This review is regarding british heart clothing store. So this happened today when i just went there with my daughter and as usual i was looking for any new collection and one of the store incharge came and told me to go outside just because there was little mess around my area where i was standing and he wanted to clean that ( the mess which he was referring to was merely half a cup of water which could have cleaned with a single mop). Then i said i can move aside and he can clean that up. But he was adamant about his decision. And then i asked is it just for me or for the other customers waiting. And then he said it is for everyone but he never spoke to the others to move out of the store.. And when i moved out with my daughter i saw all the customers were still inside except for me. I really felt looked down upon as I have been in this country for over two years and never being treated like this. Being a nurse i work and serve for people like him.what a shame.

Very Unprofessional management.Manager behaviour was like he is the owner of the whole British heart foundation. When i visited for buying the matress the Manager was not at all professional with us and answers to our queries very pathetic way. Avoid buying from it other stores has good customer services. Eventually they lose the business due to such Mangers.

Absolutely disgusted at the service from the watford heart foundation collection. Donated furniture and the two young eatern european men refused to take an item I had booked with the rest so I asked them to call the shop because I had it in my booking on my email.They refused to call the shop or wait for me to do so, the man kept raising his voice so I asked him to please leave. In return he said you?re a ?f&6!ing crazy woman? I told him your customer services are disgraceful so his response was ?frsn you, you f£:u&ng b? he tried to walk back into my house while cursing so I had to shut the door in fear?I have always donated clothes, money and furniture on a monthly basis for many years and I am in shock and as solitary disgusted that I I received this type of service from anyone let alone a charity you donate items to for the greater good?. Receive abuse and stress as a result of my kind gesture and it was clear that two men took advantage of a female while alone just because they were lazy and were brought up with no manners or an ounce of sense what customer service actually is. The British Heart Foundation needs to ensure their staff receive constant training.It?s safe to say I will never donate a thing again to this charity and I hope all no other customers receive this kind of treatment as it has left me in fear and extremely distressed.

We have a good quality kids bunk bed which they just couldn?t be bothered to deal with. Would not recommend them.
