I had a great experience at Boots Pharmacy! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help with my questions. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I needed, from prescriptions to skincare products. The pharmacist took the time to explain my medication clearly, which I really appreciated. Overall, excellent customer service and a reliable place for all health and beauty needs. Highly recommend

The staff are not helpful at selling the goods in the store all they seem to do is pack up prescriptions.. I found them very unhelpful and they didn?t even want to take my money for the shopping I was buying I wonder if I walked out the door they would move abit quicker
I?m sorry but customer comes first ,service with a smile and manners doesn?t cost anything and these sales assistants don?t have these, and expect you to hang around until they are finished what they are doing .

I have them deliver my drugsOutstanding service the only problem is they do not give you a time it could be any time on that day up to 6.30 pm so you have to wait in which is a pain.
