Had such a lovely experience with one of the beauty crew at the Watford location. She was so so friendly! and helped a lot with perfume recommendations . Wish I had taken her name she was working around the perfume till area at around 3:30pm yesterday, It is people like her that make you want to return to the store :)

Pharmacy team are careless and disorganised and didn?t even bother calling me when they cancelled my HPV appointment TWICE. The second appointment was done at their desk and I was reassured they will have it in stock. I called the day before and on the day, 6 times in total, and they didn?t pick up. When I arrived here, they didn?t have someone and was told that apparently they meant to cancel my appointment?? Such lack of ethics and accountability, it?s mad.

Incredibly rude Dior ?manager?. Extremely unprofessional tone and unhelpful. Been a Dior customer for as long as I can remember and I?ve never come across such an unhelpful salesperson. The other lady whom always helps me at this Dior is a lot more fitting for the job as she has always helped and been understanding, and has taken into account I?m a loyal customer to Dior and exchanged my items with no issue if I was unhappy. Absolutely appalling attitude from this ?manager?. Will never be purchasing from this Dior again.

This Boots store is bigger than you think. It has healthcare, hearing care, food, drink, beauty, opticians, baby and child products. Loads of self service checkouts so queues move quickly. Staff are busy but really helpful. They have loads to choose from ,I buy my perfume and make up from this store. Take your time and you will always find everything you need here.

Popped in yesterday without an appointment due to an issue with my eye. I didn't expect to see an optician but was actually seen to within 5 minutes by one who was incredibly helpful and diagnosed my issue straight away. I left with medication that has worked within 24 hours. Excellent service, would highly recommend!!!

4 stars for boots but 5 stars for Beauty specialist Nubar!!!! Best customer service received. Very patient, professional and friendly lady. Did not rush at all and answered all our beauty questions very patiently and provided us with great products at the end. Highly highly recommend. She definitely deserves a raise!!!

I had annual eyes check up in Watford Harlequin and very pleased.Specially have to mention ophthamologist Mr Aashitosh who was beyond expectations.The same gentleman showed great knowledge and was very professional.I would say he gave me all useful information and advice.The Boots Company should be proud of having him.Naturally I will recomend Boots to others.

It would be advisable to improve customer service in the pharmacy. Asking a question is legitimate and answering well is courtesy.
Providing more detailed information about the question could facilitate the process for everyone.

One of the rudest people on the block when u collect prescriptions. Highly not recommended. They don't help patients at all . Follow the rule book and come up with own rules evrrytime different agents are around. I had to pay for my medical exception medicine in 5 years first time because a new agent came on board and asked me to pay unless I have the card handy with me . Last time it was another bad experience. I have forced now to change my pharmacy due to this repetitive I'll treatment and torchute to patients by the agents

Very cold in store and has been for years every time I?ve come - your staff look extremely cold and makes for poor working conditions. Treat your staff better!
