Had such a lovely experience with one of the beauty crew at the Watford location. She was so so friendly! and helped a lot with perfume recommendations . Wish I had taken her name she was working around the perfume till area at around 3:30pm yesterday, It is people like her that make you want to return to the store :)

Pharmacy team are careless and disorganised and didn’t even bother calling me when they cancelled my HPV appointment TWICE.
