Update:
Still same no change makes me laugh tho how they are getting their staff to make false reviews pretending to be customers when clearly you can see by their photograph of their review they work there very bad for business and very badly done I don't think bringing custom in this way is the right way around things it's fasle advertising pulling the wool over people's eyes just like with the laughable news paper article around needing more help with out of control theft when you've got yourselves to blame Still employing your manager to allow friends and family to go robbing the place
Then moments later out in a public area with loads watching they are laughing and joking with them appualing what they have done so it summarises what this place stands for and that doesn't include honest humanity or respect to its costumers
If I could put 0 for this particular store I would as I've never felt so uncomfortable an overwhelming in my life going into any store as much as this one in watford as many others are much better within the set up and workers an show better care an respect to thier customers an show compassion to people with invisible physical disabilities. Their are too many lazy untrained careless disrespectful bad rude people working in here just for the sake of penny's they forget are filled in their pockets by us customers so should count themselves lucky to have a single penny. Don't get me going with the rest of negatives regarding value for money an time wasting If u want cheap but value for money with respect go somewhere else as they will only ever now get my money threw convenience not optional

I usually shop on weekly Basis in your store at watford high street. Today I found out when i reach home, that one of the bread was soft and wet inside the pack. I will bring it back at my next shopping to show you the evidence. The decision is yours and will not affect the positive view I have about your store.
