What a joke lady behind counter don't want her job so rude my step son had worked for William Hill for 10 years an never has anyone spoken to him like the woman in betfred telling him he didn't fill out slip an so rude banning him after no swearing she just said get out no one can use toilets as they can't be bothered to clean them so they put closed sign on do not go there
