The range of products and it's availability is great at B&Q Watford. I have been there many a times during my renovation project and I was always able to get the things I needed.
The garden range is awesome too!! Looking forward to frequenting more of the store.

I placed an order with B&Q with the delivery date scheduled for today. On the day, the driver called me and told me the order would arrive in two hours. That was fine, so I stayed at home to wait for it.
After four hours with no delivery, I called customer service, and they told me the order was on the way but there may be some delays. I understood and continued to wait. However, in the evening, I was informed that the order was cancelled and would be delivered on another day.
I felt extremely disappointed. I waited at home from 12pm to 6pm ? six hours ? just for this order, only to find out at the end of the day that it was cancelled. I planned my day around this delivery, and this experience was very frustrating and inconvenient. I hope B&Q can improve its delivery communication and reliability for customers in the future.

I ordered a fan on Thursday to delivered on Friday during this heatwave. The B&Q third party sellers promised to deliver thr fan on Friday. I never received the fan the delivery details. When I contacted their customer services they told me to wait till Monday as third party sellers don't work on weekends. I have two babies and the reason I ordered this fan and paid extra because I needed a fan urgently. Absolutely pathetic service

Bad experience with the manager of this store named Chloe. First of all she looked very young to be a manager of this store. Secondly, she was extremely rude and lacked empathy when speaking to us as customers, as a result we are unlikely to ever shop here again. There was nothing polite about the way she spoke to us, in fact she appeared amused when we expressed our concerns. This was clearly a reflection of the entire store as a whole - as soon as you enter the staff members, primarily older white males, do stare at you in a negative and unprofessional way. Have always felt racist and rude vibes in this place - after this experience in particular won?t be shopping here again.

Massive shop. Surprisingly relaxed atmosphere at the weekend inside (parking outside quite busy).
Good shopping experience and helpful staff.
2 hours free parking can be limiting if coming in more relaxed DIY mood and considering options.

Huge shop for pretty much anything DIY you can think about.
Surprisingly quite for Saturday midday. Guess Xmas present buying is more desperate this weekend than decking the halls. Very helpful staff in the shop in every corner were happy to chat on what seems to be a quite day.

Why does B&Q bother with stores? Most items on website are not available instore & posted by resellers. I wanted to visit store & buy items today. If I wanted them sold on internet I wouldnt use B&Q!!!!
