The cleanliness of this store leaves a lot to be desired. The car park is filthy needs a good jet wash and the trolleys are old and dirty, they don’t get cleaned. The store often goes out of stock of different items. Not a pleasant experience

The people are nice and friendly. However, I see less and less products from Indian companies of late. Rice, lentils, spices, oils etc. - hardly any Indian supplies. Therefore, have moved to other retailers where this problem is not there.

I visited Asda store today. At the basket checkout there was one gujarati lady working. I asked her for some help and she answered as this is not my job. How rude that was? would never recommend this kind of behaviour with the customers. Very disappointed

Had a really bad experience with the call centre, they have a very bad filtering mechanism. Don?t allow checks of stock. Also don?t allow to check whether the Amazon Returns Centre have return labels because the last three times I have wasted going to other areas. Communicate humanity. Why you so tick?

Called the Watford Asda pharmacy twice and they confirmed they could order specific prescription meds. Drive 30 mins to be told they then couldn?t?! Very disappointed.

My fav supermarket with so much choice! Always love shopping in there. Everything clean and tidy. Love the george section, always find what I need for the children and even myself. Great home section. So much available and well organised.

I have never found such a functional (and so, beautiful) design, in a glass to drink water. It works properly.
