Stepped up to the counter, no one serving. I could see someone in the back so I waited a few mins, the person in the back saw me but didn't come down to serve, stood there for a few more mins before walking around the counter to call the women in the back. Two female workers standing there chatting, I asked them if they would like to come do there job. One came down to serve me, her English wasn't good, they have plastic up due to covid but can't hear you through it. After repeating what I wanted a few times I was told the pharmacist isn't here and he has gone to the wash room, go do my shopping and come back. Told her I have finished my shopping, she told me to come back later.

Useless arrogant assistant. In prescription Dr had clarifed something. Told me I needed to go back to hospital in London as Dr should have initialled the clarification..didnt even bother asking the pharmacist. Tone was of someone put in charge of postage stamps! Took same prescription into Boots - no problem! Asda should consider at least giving basic training to their staff to say NO sensitively. Wont be using again - which will suit the lady fine! She is not there to help customers - that she made plain. Avoid.

I have used the Pharmacy at Asda for years now and I have always been grateful for the service they provide. I have had regular annual reviews which identified last year that I had high blood pressure; within an hour I saw my doctor who prescribed the medication via the Asda pharmacy and it was ready when I went to collect if. Today I received my repeat prescription delivered to my door which was totally unexpected. I cannot thank them enough.

The Pharmacist is always upbeat and helpful. I truly appreciated the phone calls recently when I was very depressed. Even Callowland/MVP don't care, but this Chemist recently called me 2 days running to check I was okay! Can't thank him enough. Big hugs to you!! And thanks again - you know who you are ;-)Pam C

Worst service ever. First told me that in 20 minutes I would have my prescription. Secondly after 20 minutes they told me that there were missing medicines but I could take them soon in the next day. Finally after pay I was told that the remaining medicines would be available next day at evening.

Part-time flu jab service. Apparently the locum pharmacist doesn't do flu jabs.

Prescription service is absolutely useless. What is the point of offering prescription collection service if you are unable to collect them on time? I usually request prescription with GP practice and collect in pharmacy. Once I went to collect the prescription on Tuesday, answer - it has not been received. Quick call to GP practice, Asda have signed therfore collected on Friday!!!! So where has it travelled to over weekend? Staff pick it up and go home with my prescription?? On that occasion it miraculously arrived 10 minutes after I left the shop and got to say staff member on counter did try and help. So this last time I requested prescription earlier full week before I needed it. Went to pharmacy and do you think the prescription was there??? Oh no!! They have not received it. And this time staff member just turned around and left. Didn't ask when did I request it or nothing, totally blanked me! Guess they must be pretty used to it. This was a Wednesday, so again rang GP practice, my prescription has been ready since Friday!! I mean is this really a service??? It's easier and less stressful to pick it up myself thanks.
