I wasnt sure if this florist delivered to liverpool i contacted them had a reply within minutes to say that they do and wow i am so glad i ordered them i got them for my mum for mothers day and she was over the moon they even sent a box of rose petals along the flowers which i thought was a lovely touch 1st class service i will definately be ordering all my flowers from now on from amie this company is just fabulous well done to all the staff for creating such beautiful flowers

Amie Bone Fantasia 1I had the most INCREDIBLE experience as a student/ participant at Amie?s Fantasia event. I made lifelong friends and worked with the best. 3 days of intense event floristry on a whole other level, which is Amie Bone and her team. She was so inspiring. I hadn?t long finished my floristry training and I learnt so much. My fellow ?students? were some of the best florists and designers in the business and they were all so generous with their knowledge and encouragement. We are still in touch today. I sent a basket to a loved one and Amie Bone's service was excellent. I somehow didn't include a note and a delivery date in my order and I got an email same day asking me for the extra information. The basket arrived on time and was absolutely beautiful. Thank you.

An honest review of a very hurtful bride to be.You would think that small weddings are a bit of a norm now but this was the most horrific experience I have ever had with a florist! I had the unfortunate pleasure to virtually meet with the ?famous? amie. When asked what our flower budget was £2000 (which wasn?t meeting her ?expectation?) she appeared to be very dismissive. She clearly doesn?t go for ?cheap weddings on a budget?. When asked whether she can send me a breakdown of her £5000 quote she didn?t even bother sending me one since it was out of my league (never said that, just a presumption she has made). She did not suggest other alternatives which could work within my budget, she was not creative in what she could offer. Once she knew my budget she dismissed me with her arrogant stares. It was very hard, painful to have a conversation with such a closed off woman! I have never felt so uncomfortable. Personality wise a rude, judgmental, belittling person! If you have a small wedding or a tight budget do not bother with her ... she does not want your business!!!! Absolutely awful experience.I really do not want a bride to go through this and feel ashamed to have a small wedding for whatever reason. I would have thought florists would be happy to have any business in current circumstances but clearly no.

Be very careful here. 28qty Pink roses ordered on the phone and what was delivered were very dull shade mix of green/dirty white/ dull pink roses. More importantly the recipient could only "say it's the thought that counts but you should complain". We were celebrating a 50th birthday and florist would only credit if we returned. Considering we were celebrating with a drink this was not possible. Dreadful customer service. About £45 was spent on the Roses. I did call back and request addition of foliage and to my surprise the foliage was more expensive than the Roses. Can that be right?As I say - Be Very Careful Here.Fortunately I contacted Rosanas on St. Albans Road Watford and they sorted out beautiful roses exactly as ordered the same day.

Small weddings can be very intimate, even in large venues, but the Flowers by Amie Bone and her team created the most amazing atmosphere. My daughter got married at Fawsley Hall, at Christmas last year December 19th, even the staff were amazed by the fabulous creations. Amie asked me personally ?what we wanted?, our reply was that we trusted her judgement. Well we were definitely not disappointed!I have never left a Google review before but sitting here talking to our family now I just had to say ?Thank You?, Thank you for giving us the most amazing memories, we will use Amie Bone and her team again.

Amie Bone Flowers is the ONLY florist for me. Amie and the team always deliver the most exceptional floral arrangements, and when I trusted them with the most important floral tributes they were absolutely perfect. I cannot thank them enough for the care and attention to detail they provide.
