Al Murad Watford is the best!! I bought tiles and bathroom vanities and other items from them last year as part of my home renovation. Suven showed us the best possible deals and helped us make the right decision - there were just so many choices! Jay the manager, is super helpful and goes out of the way to help without ever being pushy. I visited them again this year to source outdoor tiles for my garden and again I received the same impeccable service. An absolutely wonderful team who really try to do their best for the customer and go over and beyond. I would highly recommend a visit if you are considering a renovation. Amazing customer service and price !Choosing tiles can be difficult. Abbas helped us a lot, taking real interest - giving great advice on patterns and sizes. We got what we needed at a very reasonable price.

Excellent customer service from Jay at Al Murad- Watford branch. Jay was very helpful at recommending the correct tiles for our bathroom feature wall. We recently undertook a large project of a single story extension and sourced all of our tiles from Al Murad.Spend several hours in total at the store and in particular working with Jay to find the right tiles. He even sourced a particular tile they didn?t sell for outdoor which matched our indoor tile. Really helpful and went over and above to assist every time we visited.Good quality tiles and lots of choice.We would definitely visit al murad / Jay again for more tiles in the future. Thanks
