I have been donating here for many years and have always found the staff very helpful
and friendly but there seems to be a new lady who is not very helpful. I have twice tried to donate clothes recently and she has made it seem like a big effort for her to accept the clothes. Fortunately the first time one of the regular staff was there and took the clothes but the last time she was on her own. She was so unhelpful, verging on being rude. I took the clothes away and will donate elsewhere, where they are wanted.

only donated some clothes twice, staff were passionate and wanted to really help, one of the guys told a funny joke which made mW laugh, would go back to donate!
