Very happy with services, ladies are nice and always give me a message to collect meds for dad so I don't need call myself. Have been using services more than 2 years now.

My daughter was in an absolutely pain and we needed to order a prescription for her. The chemist told us it would be ready next day by 16.00 and that we would receive a phone call to come and collect it.On the next day we by 16.30 we didn?t receive any phone call and when we contacted the chemist they told us that they didn?t have the meds. Our daughter had to wait for another day to have her meds whilst suffering. We managed the medication for the next morning in a different place. Very bad customer service.

I have been using this pharmacy since it opened and can honestly say that the staff are as friendly and helpful as they can be within the parameters they are given.Everyone has a bad day once in a while and sometimes both customers and staff are not at there best, but have sued many other pharmacies over the years I am sure Abbotswood is at the top of my list

Terrible service very rude person on the counter and pharmicest was no better you get told to use them instead of GP for minor things but very dismisive was told to ask GP instead as did not have time will use someone else instead

The assistant asked me if I?m mask exempt. I said yes. She asked me what condition did I have for exemption! This is recently! Even when mandatory she was not supposed to ask this? very rude and abrupt attitude! Last week she refused our anxious daughter water to take her collected tablets as she felt unwell & faint saying ?go to co-op! What an attitude! Never going there again

I was very impressed with the polite and friendly service and very quick service. I put the pecription in yesterday and got a text message on my mobile to say it was ready for collection. I was pleased with the service I received thank you.I went into this pharmacy on 13.10.2021 to pick up my meds and I felt dizzy I asked for a chair they gave me a chair and asked if I wanted a glass of water and I said yes please the lady sat me down and got me a glass water and they were very caring and looked after me the other lady said to me are u walking I said I'm driving and they offered to carry my meds to the car I said I'm OK now I don't get why this pharmacy gets so many negative reviews they bend over backwards to help me thank you

Disgustung attitude if the pharmacist.I went in today,was pounced on,told to wear a mask,told her i was exempt and they aren't supposed to challenge people and she then proceeded to say"yes we are",it is actually an offence to do so added to which it is now 28th Julu 2021 and we were given the choice as ti whether we wore one.I suggest this wonen goes to.the government website and gets her facts right..she told me the nhs are telling her to tell oeople to wear a mask,really?

Place runs "minimum of £5 pound" card payment policy.This is what came out with quick google search:"If you accept Visa and Mastercard in the UK, it is against the rules to require a minimum transaction amount. In Visa's official rules (page 109), they state: ?A Merchant must not establish a minimum or maximum Transaction amount as a condition for honoring a Visa Card or Visa Electron Card.?28 Jan 2019"
