Misunderstanding that I wanted extensions rather than gels only - okay sure it happens. No apology. Charged full price and the absolute state of these gels. My nails are painful from how low they have been cut. Never again

I got my nails done here and they were appalling.I'm 14, I had booked an appointment and got there 5 minutes early. while they were doing my nails they were taking walk-ins and after doing my nails for about 10 minutes they made me sit down and wait for them to start to work on an another's clients nails who didn't have an appointment and kept on switching out who's nails they were working on until they were finished.This caused my nails to be misshaped and poorly painted, it was mainly the result of them rushing to finish everyone's nails.Service: Acrylic nails

My sister went in for a full set of acrylics with nail art and she was very disappointed. She is only young so did not say anything during the appointment yesterday but when she got home she showed me and they were not great. around 14 people were waiting to get their nails done with only 4 staff, The amount of people there is not good during COVID times. They were rushing due to the amount of people waiting, design was rushed and smudged and shape is terrible. Will definitely not be going back, not worth the money or time. Everytime I left the salon, I felt very happy and satisfied with how clean and pretty my nails looked! They really pay attention to detail and do it professionally without damaging your natural nails, unlike other nail salons do! Really recommend :)
