The friendly staff and well-maintained yard are overshadowed by the appalling state of the access road. Riddled with deep potholes from truck and van traffic, it's baffling that Travis Perkins, a building company, hasn't addressed this issue. Residents are rightly worried about vehicle damage, and the road is practically unusable for wheelchair users, pedestrians, and motorcyclists.
