I visited the salon today for the first time a little nervous as used to the salon I usually go to. This however was an excellent service from booking the appointment and the whole way through. Ellie was amazing warm and friendly as were all the staff. So happy with my hair had my parting highlighted and a blow dry I have very naturally curly hair and sometimes people find it tricky to blow dry. But thanks Ellie you done a wonderful job. What a lovely experience. Thanks again

Absolutely love this place. All the people here make you feel welcome & comfortable. The customer service is brilliant. Kim did my hair & what a fantastic job she did! Kim asked what I wanted, listened to me, gave me advice, explained everything. It?s so nice to feel heard and valued. This was my first visit , I came from London. It was worth it! Thank you very much Kim & all for an amazing experience, I?ll be coming back soon! & can?t wait.

I returned to this salon and made an appointment with Katheryn. Very friendly and professional service. Katheryn listened carefully to what I wanted and took it on board. I was very pleased with my haircut. I will book an appointment with her again. Thank you for the great service.

Katheryn and the team were so welcoming and friendly from first booking my appointment to the hair cut. My overall experience was amazing. Katheryn discussed everything throughout the cut, and explained what she was going to do before cutting my hair. I love my hair. Thank you so much ladies ?

Warm welcome when I arrived, shown seat and then taken quickly to have my hair washed. Girl who washed my hair complemented on my hair colour and was very socialable. Toni was excellent, she is a very experienced hairdresser who cut my hair many years ago when I used to live In Ware. Toni took time and effort to listen to exactly what I wanted, the complexity of my hair. We chatted away about our kids doing their a levels! Toni asked me how I wanted my hair styled after cutting it, and asked if I wanted any products addded to my hair. I love my hair, it looks and feels great, Toni did an excellent job!!!! I?ve booked in for beginning of August with Toni. I would highly recommend The Hair and Beauty Place!!
