The owner is extremely knowledgeable and can advise you precisely on the perfect fit, showing great expertise and professionalism.
It?s a family-run business, managed with passion and attention to detail, and you can really feel it both in the way the shop is organized and in the care given to customers.
A tip for Italians: don?t limit yourselves to shopping only in London?take a stroll through real English shops like Red Rae, where courtesy and expertise are truly at home.

I initially ordered online but they later contacted me to say that the item was out of stock. It's still showing as in stock on their web site.
I visited the actual shop twice during their advertised opening times. The first time it was properly shut, the second time, the boards were out etc. but I rang the bell several times and there was no answer.
So I wanted to leave a review because they wasted a lot of my time.

My Barbour Corbridge Wax coat arrived on time, well packaged and with a tin of free wax. Also customer service was great when i had a small issue. Very happy.

Be careful. Ordered a jacket from this store a while ago and it did not arrive. Annoying to see what appear to be positive reviews but the company clearly is not as honest as a lot of people think it is. Telephone NEVER answered and voice mails never returned. Eventually, had to resort to recovering the money from the credit card company. Should be zero stars in this review but (as is often the case) had to give at least a minimum rating to be able to post a review.

I ordered a Barbour Beaufort jacket on a Friday afternoon and it arrived on the Saturday at lunchtime. Very impressed at the speedy service from Redrae & also the product that arrived. Will recommend to friends. The price I paid was much less than what I'd found in other stores / online.

After another barbour stockists let me down on Thursday before Christmas, I ordered from red rae on Friday afternoon (which was actually £15 cheaper as well),I had concern about receiving the item in time for Christmas, my emails were answered outside of working hours and was assured I would receive it by monday 23rd, it actually arrived on Saturday 21st less than 24 hours after the order was placed.
Could not have asked for a better service, and the wife is over the moon with the coat.

I love this shop. It's like an Alladin's cave in there. Has great selections of Barbour jackets. Staff are lovely and very helpful. If you're looking for a quality winter clothing, this place is for you. Amazing service. Highly recommended.

Bought a Barbour jacket on Sunday it arrived by Tuesday what a brilliant service.
However the jacket had a manufacturing fault with it, contacted RedRea and spoke to Johnny who advised me to send it back and he would exchange it which was duly done.Yes they don't answer the phone on first ring, yes they don't respond to emails straight away but guaranteed they are working very hard behind the scenes. I would not hesitate to buy from RedRea again they are a great family company giving good old fashioned customer service. Well done Johnny and team you're hard work is much appreciated.

The experience of ordering a Barbour Corbridge online couldn?t have been better! The jacket was dispatched promptly and received within a few days and was £75 cheaper than other stores. The jacket came well packed and with a complimentary Barbour wax tin. Like others, I was initially hesitant, but I?m glad I ordered. Pleased with the service and with the decision to order through small family business.

Went into the shop yesterday to look at and try on many different styles of barbour jackets to find the right style and fit, Johnny the owner was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to find me the right one , I walked out a very happy man !! Ordered a Barbour Beaufort jacket at a fantastic price with their coupon. Great communication and arrived by Royal mail special delivery at no extra charge, as I needed it for the weekend.
I will definitely be back at these great prices but hope the wife doesn't notice I've 6 barbours in my wardrobe.
