We booked for Sunday lunch, we arrived and had to wait for about 15 minutes to even speak to anyone. Then when we were finally met we were told we had no booking. I showed them our booking confirmation and we were then told that there was a glitch in the system and they can't offer us any food. There was no apology at all. If they knew about the glitch they should have contacted us to let us know. We had traveled an hour for this meal and now we were in Ware on a busy sunny Sunday afternoon and it's mother's day so nowhere else had any availability for Sunday lunch, so this was such a huge waste of time. Very disappointed. Cant comment on food, atmosphere seemed nice but our limited experience with the service was awful.

Had a good experience overall. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making us feel welcome. The food was tasty, but the portion size for the side order of fries was quite small for the price. Drinks were also on the expensive side, which was a bit of a downside. The atmosphere was nice, but better value for money would make it a more enjoyable visit.?

Me and my wife we getting sick after have Sunday roast and steak pie today. No more, Sorry I don't advise nobody to go. Maybe drink but NOT EAT. Sorry about that. We had a very bad experience and have been on the toilet & in pain hours later.
