Staff excellent and efficient

Worst ?Italian? meal I?ve ever had. In fact thinking back to it makes me feel a bit sick, I?m amazed I didn?t get ill. Firstly we ordered the burrata, it is clearly not burrata it looked like chewy mozzarella at best. The waitress clearly knows it?s not as she didn?t even seem bothered or offer a fresh one just offered a different starter. Then the mains, food is clearly not cooked fresh and I?d argued all microwaved. It came about 2 mins after ordering which was the first flag and it was luke warm, the sauce was all runny, you could tell it was not cooked properly at all. I?ve eaten in Prezzos many times and this is by far the worst and it needs some serious sorting out. I didn?t want to make a fuss about the main as the person I was with chose to go there and I didn?t want him to get upset but it truly was the worse Italian food I?ve ever eaten, I?ve had better ready meals. Thankfully there was a discount because charging £17 for a microwaved tasteless sloppy pasta is a disgrace. (Photo was taken after I?d eaten some of it but you can get the gist of the sloppy weird supposedly ?creamy? sauce). Service was odd, certainly wasn?t with a smile. Even expensive places to eat are rubbish these days I wouldn?t be surprised if it closes down soon.

I visited with a friend. She had a chicken and bacon salad which she has had a lot of times
I tried the beef and mash. It was very nice but quantity was poor. I still felt hungry so ended up having a dessert, lemon meringue pie, it was nice and size very good.

Family birthday meal for my son. Food delicious and the service was excellent, Jelena was very attentive, always checking our table as she walked by. Brilliant customer service.

Smoked Salmon & King Prawn Rigatoni was yummy!

Fabulous service, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was served in good time and tap water came quickly after we asked for it (this isn?t common in our experience!) The restaurant is clean and appealing and they provided colouring for our children. Whilst the food is ok, it is very overpriced for what you get. Nothing was amazing and £20 for a bowl of average pasta with chicken is extortionate. We had kids eat free, no starters and only one soft drink each but still spent nearly £90 including service for a family of 4. It doesn?t compare in terms of quality compared to the other chain Italian restaurants and sadly I don?t think will be on our list to visit again.

Lovely impromptu dinner date. Jelena was our server and she was incredibly friendly, inviting and attentive. Food was nice, restaurant is pretty, and service was perfect.
