Great location to Ware, had a great stay last night! But the service at breakfast this morning was lacking by a country mile! When you have to approach the waitress on an empty floor and she has no impulse to help or welcome.. it leaves you feeling a bit frustrated and feeling flat.

Room was fine , location excellent. Only letdown was the meal in the Restaurant, very unsatisfied. I thought it was overpriced and not of a reasonable quality.

Lovely hotel to relax in. Close to Ware town. The beefeater connected to the building has very friendly staff and the food is great too.
Rooms: Clean rooms, with very comfy bed and plenty of seating.

Everything was perfect. The staff I spoke with were always friendly & obliging.
Rooms: Large well laid out spacious rooms.
Nearby activities: Ware town centre a few hundred yards walk away.
Safety: Everything was clearly marked & all you have to do is read the instructions.
Walkability: A few mins walk into the Town centre.
Food and drinks: Excellent food & facilities.
Noteworthy details: Spotless,clean & well maintained.
Happy helpful staff who are always on hand to talk with.

The expected good standard for this largish Premier Inn, tucked away in a quiet area.

Upon my arrival for checking in, there was no one at the desk so I rang a bell. I was approached by the receptionist without making any eye contact or greeting me, she only asked for my name and without making any sort of talk handed me a key for my room. A very unfriendly attitude. I understand we all have bad days.
Then I came down and asked information about shops and supermarkets, and she said, all the supermarkets are closed at this time. Again very short and unfriendly.
I googled and found there 2 major supermarkets 5 minutes walking that were open until 11pm. And the time was only 8:30pm.
I was not informed I could have had breakfast in the hotel, as there was no customer service at all.
It?s a shame that some people are so unprofessional and they brings the image of a business down.
I work for a major Australian airline and I have extremely extensive customer service training and travel around the world experiencing different hotels.
The room I stayed was great, was clean and had some nice ammenities, so thank you for that. And the bed was very comfortable.
Wifi was very slow.

My partner and I stayed after booking a double room but received a twin room the member of staff was very accommodating and helpful. We booked a cooked breakfast on top of our stay and were very disappointed, we arrived at breakfast expecting to have hot food. We were very disappointed to find there were no plates out, the food was warm at best and low quality. The juice stations were empty and very limited choice on other breakfast options. The room had the minimum you would need a bed, bathroom, heating and tv. Unfortunately was not the best experience we received after never having a disappointing stay at other premier inns.
Rooms: There was a misunderstanding with the booking we was under the impression we booked a double but received a twin room but the staff was accommodating to put the beds together and supply us with a double cover.
Food and drinks: The breakfast was very limited and low quality, the food was barely warm at best and very poor.

My wife stayed here. The room and bed were really nice. She stayed in Premier Plus room which was absolutely worth it. Nespresso coffee maker with pods provided plus a couple of bars of nice chocolate. What was not worth it, but was truly disappointing was the meal in the attached Beefeater. Her chicken burger was undercooked and had to be sent back. She noticed that many people left for on their plates. She thought it was unexciting, as did another guest she talked to. Premier Inn need to axe their relationship with Beefeater (at least in Ware) and give it someone else.
Food and drinks: Very disappointing. Poor quality.

I have happily visited this hotel many times previously. Unfortunately, this time the shortage of menu items within the restaurant was appalling. Approx 75% of the menu items were not available.
I am disappointed with the poor performance of the Pemier Inn purchasing department and their supply chains.
In addition, cooked meals delivered to the table were warm and not hot. I did not see any staff use a temperature probe on food left under a heat lamp.
