The woman who runs this establishment is Without Doubt the most miserable anti- social person ever to work behind a Post office counter.She is rude,impatient and I will never use the place again if she is there.A truly awful experience.Why doesn't she sell up and give the village of Standon a break.

Truly the worst post office experience. The old lady behind the counter has zero customer service skills, is very rude and abrupt. What post office does not take parcels?? Especially when it is a designated parcel force collection point. I have had multiple poor visits here. I will not be using them again!! No wonder small village post offices are closing down of this is what you get nowadays.

It is a shame that one member of staff there is so miserable and rude! It used to be a friendly post office.
