Ordered via Uber eats , pizza turns up 50 minutes later , driver handed me what you can see in the picture I argued it had been opened ?? The Indian driver just nodded and tried pushing the pizza towards me , I asked him why has it been opened as it looked like it had been dropped I told him I?m refusing it as it?s been tampered with , rang papa johns they said if I have any problems I need to take it up with Uber ?. And if I want a refund I have to go thru them . They did make me a new pizza tho but I had to drive there to collect it .moral of the story order via the shop and not uber sheeeets .

Placed an order and after some time it showed its been delivered even though it has not. We called papa johns about 50 times and nobody answered. One time they answered they said theres traffic and the driver is on the way. We checked and there was no traffic. Pizza didn't arrive for another hour! We called again and again, nobody answered. It was ONE HOUR AFTER IT SAID ITS BEEN DELIVERED UNTIL IT ACTUALLY ARRIVED. Never ordering from here again.

The UK has become a place where even a simple pizza order or delivery doesn?t work smoothly. Papa John?s in Ware has shown, on more than a couple of occasions, that getting things right isn?t a priority. Whether it?s ordering drinks that don?t arrive with your pizza or drivers on a cold night deciding to walk to your door without using a thermal bag, the experience is disappointing. And as for the thin-crust pizzas? They?re often soggy and undercooked. Don?t bother calling the manager to raise a complaint; he simply doesn?t care. There?s nothing wrong with working in a pizza shop or as a delivery driver?the problem is being careless or not having any passion for what you do. I?ll never order from them again.

Is this papa johns or indian takeaway? I just called and made an order, the guy said it will be ready in 10 minutes , by the time i get there there was no order at all .

Ordered pizza through their app. Food eventually turned up. Wings were effectively cold and the pizza order was wrong. When I attempted to call the store I received no answer. I then reattempted to call 6 times still with no answer despite letting the phone ring out for over a minute each time. When I put a complaint in with head office I effective got a " too bad so sad" response. Apparently I shouldn't have eaten any pizza until I heard from the store.
Don't bother using this store. There is better pizza and service out there.

Delivered the order late, even though they had more than 24 hours notice of the order and the requested delivery time. Pizza's with hardly any toppings and luke warm, avoid!

Asked for 2 slices with pepperoni on a pizza got half pizza with literally 2 pepperoni on it . Was still nice but very funny when opened it ?

I ordered 2 pizzas for my kids and was really spicy.they didn't eat it .it had to go to waste as we adults already ordered a kebab from different shop.I quickly called them ask for a refund and they told me to ring the next day to speak to the manager which I did called but the manager wasn't there.they said the manager will call me back .it's been now 2 weeks and no call from them .horrible experience and rude customer service
Kid-friendliness: The pizza was so spicy my kids could not eat it .
