Absolutely rude staff who doesn't even know how to talk to customers. I went to collect Too good to go order last evening and the lady who was at the counter said there's no food leftover and asked me to come today after she took down my details! Today I went wasting my time as well and there was another man who was really rudely saying they can't give me the food I very well paid for!! I said that I was told by this lady to collect the food today and this man said "go and speak to her". I said I will complain and he said to me "Don't be a dickhead"! What a nice language to speak to customers

Ordered more than two hours ago, food hasn?t turned up and it?s nearly 10pm. The shop won?t answer their phone too so that is the end of ordering there.

Recently ordered a takeaway for me and my family from here on a Friday night. Was looking forward to eating the ice cream (that I ordered) later that evening. Only to find out the ice creams were out of date. Rung them up and spoke to manager. She was very apologetic and offered to send out more ice cream which wasn?t in the flavours I had ordered, instead I asked for a refund for just the ice cream. As a way of apologising she offered me a refund for the whole order and said when they get the next batch of ice cream in our flavours they will send them to us for free. Very well handled & glad I rung up to inform them as they said it was a supplier issue. Thank you

After reading reviews we went to the nearest KFC but found it had been taken over. On way back we decided to take the chance and called in to the Ware takeaway. As the QR code on the download menu didn't work we ordered when we got there. The girl that took our order was extreamy helpful and found our best deals. My piri-piri fries and spicy butterfly chicken were nice and flavoursome. Others had the fried chichen strips that were better than KFC so we were all very pleased we took the chance.
Parking: Street parking right outside shop. May have been lucky as it was 7pm

I visited recently and was very happy with my experience in this shop. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. I noticed high standards of hygiene which, as I am quite particular about these things, was reassuring. The girl who made my wrap washed her hands before she started and other staff members were wiping surfaces and sweeping. The service was fast and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick lunch or dinner.

Went in to collect food. Chaos in there, took more than 20 minutes with customers coming in and leaving with food whilst I waited. Young girl bagging up the chips sneezed into her hands and didn?t wash them after. Place is filthy. Chicken is bland, dry and not fresh. Avoid at all costs.

The food may have been ok if it had any heat. Really poor very disappointed can not understand why it was cold us we took the food as soon as it was handed to us and drove about 3 mins with it
