We purchased the Robinson Regent greenhouse. We received excellent service from The Greenhouse People especially from Tristan. The greenhouse was delivered exactly when we wanted. We noticed that a small part was missing while assembling the greenhouse. The part arrived in two days after a phone call. The whole process was very easy from start to finish. We would highly recommend The Greenhouse People.

Visited the site at Hertford recently and spoke to Andy. Really helpful and knowledgeable guy who is very friendly and taught me through various options while showing me around the office buildings.
Plenty of helpful advice which demonstrated his professional knowledge. What I liked about Andy was he was very straightforward and honest in his advice and professional throughout pointing me to exactly the type of models that would serve my needs for my family.
Office buildings on site of decent quality with various options on display. Due to Andy?s helpful advice, I ended up going over to the stains office as they had a model over there that I wanted to purchase.
Andy provided excellent service overall and would recommend visiting this site in the future to anyone interested in a garden office.

We are very happy with our greenhouse from the Greenhouse People in Hertford. Tristan and his team were very helpful all the way through the process from first look on site in Hertford to the recommendations for the base preparation and installers. My husband decided he wanted a bigger greenhouse, so we bought a one with the greenhouse house people ,
From order to delivery we were kept informed. We even got it delivered 6 weeks early ,everything well packed .
Couple of months down the line the auto windows wouldn't open properly, I emailed the company ,within 48 hrs we had replacement, excellent service will definitely buy other things from this company
