Very rude behaviour of the staff. Took money for dip and other things but not provided. When you call them ask about missing things they have very rude behaviour they accepted that mistake. Behaviour was very rude. No sense of talking on phone. No buy from here they took your money but not provided your order. Frauds pizza shop.

Extremely disappointing experience with this pizza shop. They charged me for extra items like dips but failed to provide them. When I called to address the issue, the staff admitted their mistake but were incredibly rude and unprofessional on the phone. Their attitude was unacceptable, showing no basic courtesy or customer service skills. I would strongly advise against ordering from here, as they take your money without fulfilling the order properly. Avoid this place

My husband and I complained lots of times about how much tomato sauce they put on their pizzas in Ware branch, It?s too much sauce and no cheese at all! We are Domino?s customers for a long time and It?s not what we expect from Domino?s.
I don?t recommend It. Asda?s pizza is much more tasty and cheaper.

Had pizza and garlic bread from here throughout the years and slowly but surely I've noticed the garlic pizza bread especially is not cooked correctly. All dough undercooked and zero garlic taste what so ever. The pizzas also are not cooked long enough and are also doughy. I have complained already about this to the store after suspected food poisoning. They handled my complaint well. But I am absolutely astonished after a while of not ordering I've ordered again to find the same mistakes are happening. Please rectify your quality control process and process me a refund! I doubt I will be ordering from you again after this second quality control failure!

Spent £100+ here for the pizzas to be late. I couldn't order over the phone to a venue and the telephone person was rude. Tbh go somewhere else.

Even with the price cut its still way too expensive for every day people 3 pound for delivery is bad and really annoying because i wanna order but i pick what i want go to checkout and see i have to pay £27 for 2 items. You can't get medium pizza an 14 bits of chicken and a garlic bread pizza. The hole price slice is a con. I haven't and will not buy domino's again until they do a double price slice the hole reason there doing price slice is cus people cant afford it and they know it. My new pizza place is (All in one pizza) very good prices. For square pizza £20 and you can pick 4 corners so your getting 4 small pizzas basically. The end domino's is for rich customers.

Pretty poor as usual. The garlic bread had barely any cheese or sauce on again. Chicken strippers undercooked pizza under cooked all the toppings are almost raw as is the base. Just about edible. Everything just thrown togeather quickly with not much care or attention. Not going to bother again. Shame it can be good when those in charge put the effort in with the food.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza over the phone for collection. picked it up, got home, turns out its a margarita.rung up, drove all the way back for a new pizza, got the pizza, poorly made more dough than cheese and had something on top of it. apparently a ?mushroom?, then had to wait another 15 minutes for a new pizza, 20 miles of fuel wasted along with 45 minutes of my life. check your pizza before you go anywhere if you order from here. very poor experience from this dominoes, wont be returning.

Dirty covers on computer keyboards at counter. One had cling film wrapped round it. Had to ask 3 times for a receipt. Male staff member on the counter spoke terrible English and was very hard to understand. He also handled money and card payments/card machine etc and then went and handled dough, with bare hands and without washing them. Rest of staff all working in silence. Miserable team and miserable atmosphere. Pizza was average. Would not return.
