I?m so disappointed with staff on this branch at ware ,I walked In I ask to use toilet before I order my coffe and lady speak to me she was very very rude and unprofessional.didnt let me to use toilet she forcet me to bay
Something to have access to use toilet always can?t use it very disrespectful unprofessional I went out I had coffe different branch . .costa menager i should train her to do more costumer service and make her to learn to treat people with respect and being respectful.

Tasty coffee, good seating arrangement for 50 to 60 people, good food and drink arrangement for small children too.
Vegetarian options: fast despite being busy

Absolutely shocking. Not prepared/able to refund £1.45 due to not their fault!! (Charged £3.95 instead of the £2.50 for a breakfast roll with medium hot drink before 11am). Then tried to say it was before 10.00 when the shelf display said 11.00, it's their shop/signage!! Absolutely clueless and don't trust the staff there. Either trying it on it just don't care.Wouldn't bother to complain about such a small amount apart from the attitude.
