I had a lovely extended aromatherapy massage and facial today with the wonderful Lyla :) she was lovely and it was such a lovely experience:)
It also has a lot of cute items in the shop so def a multi purpose trip :)

First visit at Body Matters in Ware.Absolutely spot on Hot Stone massage by Iris. A calming and relaxing experience. Iris is an extremely experienced masseuse,I've had many massages and this was definitely the best. The stones were lovely and warm as was the massage table, so comforting on a chilly day. I will definitely be booking again.

I was in Ware recently for a wedding - an area of the country I am not very familiar with. Whilst there I needed to have my nails gel manicured but unfortunately had no idea where to go - I had no choice by to take pot luck and I called Bodymatters. From the moment I was in contact with them, I was filled with confidence - they accommodated my appointment at short notice and then the nail technician (I'm sorry but her name escapes me), was so polite, caring and informative about the treatment she was giving me. She not only gelled my nails very professionally, she also trimmed and treated my cuticles. The whole experience was relaxing and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Bodymatters if I was in the area again, but would also be very comfortable recommending them to my friends local to the area. Well done to you all - you helped to make my weekend a brilliant one.Service: Manicure

The soundproofing is a joke. I could hear every conversation in the waiting room while having my "relaxing" experience (which was anything but). If you like listening to masseuses nattering throughout your massage then this is the place to go.I even complained via email and had a poor response from the proprietor, wouldn't go back.

Another wonderfully relaxing hot stone massage. This time my therapist was Evie but I've always enjoyed this treatment with whichever therapist I've had. Each is slightly different but they are always very professional.

I visited body matters for one hour facial with a friend. The beauty rep was 10 minutes late so only gave 50 minute facial (but still full price). Was also not offered a water before or after. Facial was fine for local salon but service (punctuality, duration, etc) would mean that I would not return. Apparently Caroline (the rep my friend had for her facial) was very attentive so if visiting would suggest asking for her only.

I was booked in for a DELUXE pedicure my first time here. The before procedure wasn?t very deluxe feet put in a washing up bowl no deluxe exfoliating products used at all or pre-softening and the door left open with people walking in and around the building for all to see not really relaxing or value for money £45 and a tip at the front till which you feel obligated to do! I was somewhat quite disappointed overall! I?ve sent this review and received no reply either or response as to why!

I regularly visit here for the back and neck massage and find every visit wonderful and extremely beneficial as prior to coming here i had awful shoulder pain. the staff are always friendly, it's excellent value for money to! :)
