Lovely Store, prices are good, love that they have a coffee shop, looking forward to the soup and roll when it starts up in the winter months. Very helpful staff.

I would not evern give it 1 star now after my experience i paid for my shopping when walking out the alarm went off security officer stopped me i had to explain 3 times what til i used felt so anxious cause done nothing wrong i no he was doing his job but should not make someone fill like that and with past experience with asda wont be going back til they sort dome of their staff out and i stll waiting for a mangers apology for leaving me with no food a Christmas

Customer service at ASDA is truly disgraceful.
I purchased some Schweppes bitter lemons for a cocktail party, had a very poor taste test traced back to the bitter lemon you see in the photos.
Note the different colours! Really acidic and chemical tasting.
ASDA Ware told me it wasn?t their responsibility and to contact Schweppes.
This is not how UK consumer law works, I told them. Another ?manager? intervened and said they can only refund me for the bottles I had left after 30 minutes of being lied to, rather than the ones my wife had tipped away but purchased on the same visit.
I will not go back to ASDA at any branch. The lies, the fake managers and ultimately the total lack of ?Customer service?

Security man SHOUTED at my 11 year old son for going to use the toilet, saying he should?ve gone at school. We was in there getting snacks and drinks after he had finished. When I asked him about it, he told me exactly the same and adding that the toilet was for customers ?????. Seems you need to be of a certain age to use the toilet in Asda. Completely rude. Big bully in my opinion.

Want to Ware Asdas cafe - asked for a large cappuccino and was given a £2.95 coffee with a tiny bit of froth on top! The young man serving should really receive retraining - he really didn?t seem to be bothered what he served! Won?t revisit!

I?m a regular shopper here. Whilst I acknowledge the issues that other people have mentioned, I feel that the checkout and customer service staff are always outstandingly helpful and friendly. That means a lot to me and I navigate around the pallets with good humour.

Updated to a 1 star as this has happened again, it?s not acceptable?
We shop in numerous places, and as Asda is close-by to us we did often pop in for things such as milk. However, we have had to return Milk 6 times now over the past year or so, when it is well in date - it?s a problem and frankly it?s not acceptable. We have spoken to customer service in-store, they always call somebody over (I assume a ?store manager?), we have been told that we?d be contacted by phone after giving our details, but nobody contacted us. We?ve lost trust in the store as it keeps happening, and we now just use the store occasionally.

Asda is great. But the staff in this store are rude very unprofessional an always unwilling to help. Isles always blocked by ether pallets of stock, piles of stock or slow staff that just stand in your way

Asda store is my favourite store to shop & would give 5 stars except for my experience trying to top mobile phone for past 2 days. TWICE the system did not work because, " we have a new system & it's gone down". We'll get it up again!!!
