I had a terrible experience at the Vodafone branch in Waltham Cross. This is honestly the worst branch I?ve ever visited. There is usually only one staff member working, and the place is always crowded. You?re left waiting for a long time, and no one comes to help you.
The staff don?t seem to respect customers or care about the service they?re providing. It feels like they intentionally make things slow so people give up and leave. I waited so long just to be ignored ? it?s completely unacceptable.
This level of service is embarrassing for a company like Vodafone. Something seriously needs to change.

My experience was very disappointing. Never have I ever felt so disrespected!
I approached a representative who I thought could help me with an order that was delivered to this store. His attitude gave me the impression that he was not interested in assisting me as he seemed reluctant to work. He had no idea what he was doing and blocked my account on the system so I was unable to collect my order. I asked to speak someone else and he got defensive about this and said there is no one else that can help and asked me to leave and call customer services! His attitude was judgmental and dismissive, which is unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role!
I therefore wanted to make a complaint and asked for the manager. A man came out of no where who claimed to be the ?store manager? and said they are closing soon and asked what the matter is! Really?
I asked about the complaints process, he then threatened me saying that if I make a complaint I will not be allowed to make any purchases from Vodafone and that it will affect my credit rating? What the hell! This ?store manager? could not even speak English properly, yet alone trying to tell me what my rights are as a customer!
I found it extremely difficult and uncomfortable to speak to them as a female. It is disappointing to encounter such poor service, and I believe that having employees like this will ultimately harm Vodafone?s reputation.
They do not even give their names so how am I supposed to make a complaint? This interaction left me feeling frustrated and upset.
I will take this further with Vodafone.

We wait for nearly 1h but the doors was closed from 15:45 to to 16:30 and the shop closing in 17:30, sou what tape of break it?s that?

Went in to collect my new phone to be told the person with the key to the store room wasn't there and to come back later. Came back later and been told to wait another 15 minutes.EDIT: Gave up after nearly 25 mins of waiting
