The staff in this tesco has to be the worst, absolutely disgusting service, staff are unhelpful, rude and aggressive. No one gives a care in the world. Items that are labelled as club care aren't actually club card prices at check out. The staff then claim that the item has been taken off clubcadd prices although its still advertised as so. Totally miss leading and false advertising. I wonder if this place ever gets inspected. Shame really

Very expensive shop! you can send and receiv Evri Parcels. But employes not qualified or I dont know, because when you collect something, takes 20min to find ALWAYS! Plus the printing machine never working! The staff just dont want to deal with that.

The other staff are fine and very nice but the security guard is racist and every time me and other black people enter the shop he stares us down and follows us all the time and I have heard this from other black people in the community do better it?s 2024

Great convenience store/minimarket. Good range of Tesco products with the same offers/discounts that the larger stores promote. Limited range of produce available, but fresh and good dates on the fruit and vegetables i purchased.
Parking is slightly limited, but I managed to get a space on my visit without waiting.

I was racially profiled by staff this morning, while simply purchasing snacks on the way to work, regardless of my presentation (business casual clothing) I found a middle aged woman shadowing me throughout the store and further watching, over my shoulder, me scanning my items through self checkout and alerting her colleagues of her groundless premonition. I found it very unprofessional and she was abrasive as I left, it made me uncomfortable and disheartened. Better training is needed and basic common decency should be a natural prerequisite.

I would never leave a review on Tesco but they need to train their staff, they are all terrible, they go out of their way to be rude to customers and I have witnessed this happen multiple times.. is there no management here???

Rude staff, no baskets at the entrance so customers need to carry items in their hands and Evri drop off never works despite advertised at the entrance
