Good stuff! Have been visiting the branch for years and always have a positive experience. Recently went for a test and got a new pair of glasses and the entire process was super smooth. Also, I found that after a week the frames I had picked up needed a little adjusting (you know how it is, sometimes it takes a day or two to realise their slipping or a little too tight), and the staff were extremely helpful and got that sorted for me in less that 5 minutes.

Had my eyes tested here. 2 weeks later collected my glasses. Only to find can't focus with them on. Took them back ,had another test, new glasses again. Still can't focus. Then was told they would get senior option to test me. Not a chance.

Arrived at 17:22 (says shuts at 17:30) I wanted to collect my daughters glasses and a female employee actually let a customer out and slammed the door shut in my child?s face,I am actually disgusted explaining to my 5 and 6 year old why an adult would behave so appallingly.
Your store says it shuts at 17:30 not ?we will pack up at 17:00 and leave as soon as we can?
