Absolutely terrible customer service. The cashiers and staff at this store seem to think it?s acceptable to speak to customers with arrogance and attitude. They were not only rude but downright insulting, speaking in a condescending way and arguing with customers instead of offering any help. It?s as if basic manners and respect don?t exist in this place. Shopping here was a frustrating and unpleasant experience ? the staff clearly have no interest in providing decent service. I would not recommend this store to anyone unless they want to be treated poorly.

Recently visited the Peacocks store and was genuinely disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed completely disinterested and unapproachable. Not a single greeting or offer to help, even when I was clearly looking for assistance.
When I asked a simple question about sizing, I was met with a rude tone and an eye-roll, as if I was bothering them. There was no effort to be polite or helpful ? just a cold attitude throughout my visit. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Peacocks may offer affordable clothing, but basic customer service should still be a priority. I won?t be rushing back anytime soon.

I had a terrible encounter today at peacocks Waltham cross. My 1.5 year old had been touching the jewellery when the so called manager shouted from across the store ?can you stop her touching the jewellery? she spoke with total aggression I felt intimidated. I immediately told my daughter to stop then told my toddler to apologise to the manager which she did. The managers response to my tiny child was ?sorry isn?t going to pay for it is it? HOW DARE SHE SPEAK TO MY CHILD LIKE THIS! This a toddler I?m so horrified by her response that I will most likely take this up with head office. I was out with two babies under 2 and felt overwhelmed and for someone to treat me and my baby like this is inconceivable.
