I had bad experience , they are happy to have buyer (if it?s cash is better) but they don?t give customer service properly .Because I was confused about prices because on the prove of payment was write only the amount which I pay and no quantity , no price per quantities and she get very upset to give more information . I will definitely no recommend it!

Female staff member incredibly rude and arrogant. Horrible attitude made me not want to buy anything. If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely won?t be returning and won?t be recommending to anyone!! Very disappointed.

Love going in the Ozcan walthamcross. They have a wide range of jewellery and are always happy to help. I have bought loads of jewellery from them and if there is something I want but they haven?t got in store they will try and get it for me if it?s possible. Recommend them to every one I know. They also do piecing there just got my ears pierced and so professional and help full thank you so much. Go check them out for all your jewellery and piecing needs . I be getting more piecing done by them soon. Best in the business.
