Had a take away. The food was hot, fresh, tasty and large portions. Had enough for dinner again the next day. Will happily get from here again.

Disgusting Place! the chicken they delivered was RAW in the middle!! The beef was stone cold in the middle (it had clearly been microwave heated) and the rice was just DISGUSTING not mention being only half the box! What on earth are they doing?!I shall be reporting Oriental Chef to the Council (Health and Safety) as this is simply unacceptable. You cannot serve raw chicken and stone cold beef to customers - its disgusting!!DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

rude staff absolutely worst customer service I've experienced I've been ordering here for a few years but I'm definitely going to stop giving them my business rude an food is average sometimes bad everythings rushed an recooked, wouldn't advice anyone to order here.

This place was never amazing but it's hit a new low. The portion sizes have reduced, the prices have increased a lot and the quality is really bad. Disappointing.

Just love the duck pancake rolls.My delivery today 3rd May 2023 was quickly delivered, hot that my glasses steamed up, the delivery driver took a broken clothes horse down to the bins (I'm disabled) & food tasty as always. Still love the duck pancakes. Thank you

I dread to call the restaurant on the days I order. The blonde girl that answers the phone on Sundays needs to have a lesson or 2 in customer service.She's so rude and quick to get off the phone. Sure it might be busy but doesn't mean you can be rude to customers. I work in a takeaway answering calls and I would never treat my customers how she does. Very very poor.

Lovely food. Young lady taking orders, as always, polite, helpful and very human. One of the main reasons we get our food there.

Absolutely disgusting and tasteless food having ordered a variety of different dishes for a big group we can honestly say everything was awful the food was just horrendously bad never again some of the food smelt like plastic and left a bad aftertaste 2 people on the group of 6 got food poisoning!!!! That?s how bad the food is here this place should not be serving food this bad.

Tasteless food and terrible customer service. From the moment I called to make an order, the customer service was poor. All the food was bland and disgusting. The chicken balls tasted like leftovers that had been reheated, to the point that it was extremely crunchy. None of my family could eat any of the food.When I called the shop to complain, they said "it must be my taste buds."I had to take the food back to the shop and complain again. Fortunately they refunded part of my money, but I still had to order food from elsewhere in the end.I am not sure how they got a 5 star rating from the Foods Standard Agency. Maybe this is new management that's gone wrong. But read the other reviews for yourself. This place needs to be closed down. Please save your money and go elsewhere!

Can I give 0 stars? My husband ordered from wrong Chinese and am gutted! Food was all brown, even the chilli beef sauce. Noodles smelt off, sweetcorn soup like water, everything recooked & inedible. I just hope what I did eat hasn't given me food poisoning.
