I was here earlier this morning to put some fuel in my car. I waved my hand to make my presence known to the guy at the till and put the nozzle in. He communicates back by pointing violently to a worn out piece of paper that reads, "Pay first" which was odd as the two other customers next to me didn't "PAY FIRST" and had their fuel released then paid. I went over to querying about this, but the guy began to play silly, by saying he couldn't hear me. Which was a tactical gambit to buy some time to come up with a feeble excuse, which was that "they are regular customers". Mind you, one of the customer's was a pick up/Land cruiser with Kent biz sign and didn't look one bit local and the other walked to the wrong door ?Bought £5 fuel purely as a receipt in case they start pulling excuses, again, from their derrière. Subsequently, drove to a BP four miles away.I have no issue with such policy, however, I have massive problem when it is applied willy-nilly with such demeanour. Never setting foot in a Nisa/Jet Petrol station I can assure that. Shell, BP or Tesco/Sainsbury's it is,!

Incredibly poor service. The server at the store sparked a conversation / arguement with me simply as I showed him the barcode of the products I was purchasing, didn't fully hand them over or put them on the counter. He went on about how his colleague had handled the item and we shouldn't care about catching something. He also went on about saying I thought I would catch Covid from him, he was NOT even wearing a mask. I asked him directly are you offended. He said he's too busy to have that conversation. Not sure why he was being so weird / rude I simply got him to move his scanned to scan my 2 items and he got very offended. One of the poorest customer experience I've had in a long time, 8am way too early for an argument with a store employee who was being this petty.
