Service was of first class from start to end and Claire who assisted me today in beach was of exceptional standard and was very kind and professional in helping me in all aspects of my account transfer from passbooks to savings accounts. Her interpersonal skills was exemplary and was also very receptive to my personal circumstances and vulnerabilities I faced as a cater for two elderly parents. Top class lady!
