Pros:I've been coming to the waltham cross store for a while now and have had good services so far.Cons:I received one of the most terrible service yesterday from a Margo.I left feeling disappointed because I've been served by better servers from the same store.Margo had kept me and my daughter waiting for more than 20 minutes in the store while serving a customer without a 'hello' or spoken to us or given us the option to either wait or return back later.I felt completely ignored, while she chatted idly with the customer. I felt as if she was purposely taking her time not to serve us.If I wasn't desperate to purchase the product i wanted, I would have walked out.Even the customer was apologetic after she was done serving her for the delay, but to my dismay Margo never apologised.When I brought this to her attention, i was shocked when she started complaining about being the only one in the shop without help and not using the loo ? (no apology yet).She further lied by saying she asked if I was ok, but I highlighted to her that she didn't speak to me since i walked into the store over 20 minutes ago, which my daughter corroborated.When she realised this, she reluctantly apologised (finally!?)Advice:Unsure how experienced Margo is in customer service role but I feel she needs further training in communicating effectively and openly with customers, particularly when she has more than one customer in the store.As a customer, it's not my business to know if a server has or hasn't used the loo.All I need is to be welcomed and informed if I'll be served immediately or given the option to wait or return back later. Simple?.

Lovely staff, always have you satisfied. Would definitely recommend great customer service and the images and printed photos that come out are absolutely amazing! My daughter did a photoshoot in July for her birthday and we bought a book of her photos, a pillow and a CD, i was entirely blown away by the photos. Not that busy and most of the time there is no queue .

Has a very simple to use self service computer to print the pictures you want from any storage device or phone just pay at the till.There is a good selection of frames available despite being a small store.

Just been in to the shop the young lady was a life saver, I needed laminating of a birthday card for my late mum and she was fantastic !I wish I had asked her name so I could praise her up even more Big xxxxx

Steph was extremely helpful to print for me , pictures of my late brother and his children, so he could take this with him ? only if everyone had so much compassion as she . Thank you for that , it was super kind and just came from heard ??

Disgusting treatment of the customer. This is the second time the same saleswoman has behaved unprofessionally. I will never, ever visit them again and tell all my acquaintances about the disgusting treatment

Don't bother if you want passport pictures. Had my 3 boys take their pics. They kept coming out dark. Only 1 was accepted. I spent more than £30 and only got 1 usable pic.In the end Used the booth in sainsburys which was cheaper and actually tells u if ur pic would be accepted or not b4 u pay.
