No attention was paid when processing my order. I clearly stated my desired sizing and quantity. I wanted my prints sized specifically to fit an existing frame and sized my digital files correctly to reflect this. But whoever printed my files just decided to print it whatever size they felt like without informing me and I received prints that were not only 10% too big but with significant sections of the image missing on either size. On top of that I only received half the number of copies I requested. If that wasn't bad enough, one of the prints had clearly visible scratch marks. Oh yes, and I've been refused the entirely reasonable 50% refund I asked for and also never got the call back from the manager I was promised. Astounded that it's possible to mess up every single element of such a simple order.

I am not happy with what they did for me my child the money before they made my order One of my plates that should have written you on it has a spelling mistake Not the other one for which I paid 35 pounds design even though I took the design to a white sheet it has missed three stars I wished and don't even want them to fix their mistake Not to mention they don't even want to refund half the price I highly do not recommend them They are the worst the worst printing company they said it would be ready on wednesday business hours finishes at 5:30 my 6 delivered it on wednesday at 10:30 to the door at home in the evening at night

Highly unsatisfied with the quality of the service. Needed a visa photo, they took it with a mobile phone. I sent them 2 emails asking to edit the picture ( half of the face was in the light and the other half was in the shadow, you couldn?t even understand what was the color of the eyes). At which their manager replied ?I have look at the photo and it's with the guidelines of the US Visa application approval guidelines.?Stay away from them! Do not recommend !!!

I am a severely disabled lady who had a parcel to be posted to Ghana urgently I phoned the shop to say I would try and get a taxi in next day. Man in shop knows me as I have sent parcels before he said he would collect parcel himself and process it next dsy which he did and texted me tracking number etc. I am so grateful and parcel got to its destination within the 4 working days can't thank efficency and kindness of the shop enough.HILDA REID
