This is my second visit to this Greggs. The first time was a bad experience, but today I was surprised by their customer service; they are becoming better. The first time, the server was a white girl who didn't have a name tag, so I couldn't name the person who gave me terrible customer service, but today the hijabi lady gave me good customer service, approached me with a smile, carefully confirmed the order, and finally approached me with a pleasant gesture. I barely saw the name tag; the server's name could be Samia. I'm hoping they'll enhance the cleanliness in the setting area; it was filthy. The rest of the thing was pretty nice.

Been here quite a few times. Much larger than the previous with plenty of indoor seating plus outdoors too (weather permitting) Quite a good range of snacks, sandwiches and hot & cold drinks at reasonable prices plus special offers when using the app.

They answered me with 'yh' first of all. Gave me a cold pizza to which I enquired and they supposingely wasn't making anymore. Then didn't tell me price just put the card machine and looked at me as if I was being strange. Very awkward and felt judgemental. The manager didn't even ask what the issue is either

This is the second week in a row where my family and I (as well as our dogs) have stopped for a quick snack but needed to sit outside for the dogs, it?s 15:45 and all the outdoor seating has been completely packed up and moved inside. The store shuts at 7pm.This has resulted in us having to stand and eat outside in the plaza, it?s not very nice when you just want a 10 minute rest and a bite to eat.I can understand packing up early but that?s more than 3 hours before you close the store. As this is the second Saturday in a row this has happened I can only assume this is a regular occurrence that the store manager approves of, but it?s really inconvenient and wrong to do that to customers.

Terrible & rude customer service, first engagement from cashier is ?you alright? not even a smile & then cashier asks if i want a bag then doesnt even put my couple items in the bag for me :/ and continues chatting to colleague.store is also too dark

This branch has it's ups and downs and things can go wrong, hence the reason they were closed for a short time. However, having been in lately, service has been very fast and well stocked. Staff are doing a grand job. Keep it up ?
