Louise's experience and professionalism were clear since our first interactions. I asked her a lot of questions throughout and she came back to me in no time and responded to any follow up queries. Her insights were key for us to be comfortable with making the key decisions around this purchase. Matt Taylor from Gisby Harrison was our conveyancer for a recent house sale and purchase. We obtained a few quotes when looking for conveyancers and found that Gisby Harrison was very reasonable. On top of that, the level of service was excellent; Matt explained everything in plain English, was very responsive and was happy to jump on calls to discuss any concerns further. This is the second time we have gone through a house purchase; the previous time we used a national firm, but this time round our experience has been much more positive with Gisby Harrison. Fantastic service! Again!This was the 2nd time I?ve used GH for conveyancing of property purchase/sale and again was incredibly happy with the service from them. I wasn?t the easiest of customers at times, as we had some tight deadlines we were trying to meet. However, Carol, Louise and Lynn were always incredibly professional, responsive and just a general pleasure to deal with.I?d certainly recommend them!
