I'm so disappointed. I was there on Tuesday, 3 staff been there do nothing. When I said I want to change to pay as you go they said they can't help, I need to do it by phone. Staff was unfriendly and bored. I decided to leave EE.

My experience at EE Waltham Cross was extremely disappointing. The customer service was horrible - staff were unfriendly and made the shop feel uninviting, especially for non-EE customers. To make matters worse, the shop doesn?t even have real phones on display, just fake picture displays. What kind of phone shop doesn?t let customers touch, feel, and interact with the devices? Instead, you?re left dealing with staff who clearly don?t make an effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. I wouldn?t recommend visiting this store

I am furious!! I went in full term pregnant explaining my situation and what I wanted and what i didn't want. I was sold a bundle and after waiting a week or 2 I've asked for someone to look over the contract and realised they had sold me something else and if have to now pay extra for the initial package they offered. I am so angry and if this isn't resolved I will cancel my contracts with EE. Taking advantage of the vulnerable and disabled is simply disgusting and not acceptable

Went to the store to do a yearly up grade . Never had the phone I wanted asked about an iPhone was told they cannot transfer my phone over since then have found they could then someone else takes over very unprofessional sitting there chewing gum allways gone there but never again

Excellent and professional service at EE Waltham Cross. The store manager Selby knows his trade, he is polite, friendly and helpful. He gave my husband and I the best deal and did all the hard work setting up our new iPhones. His service and his staff were so good that we also sorted out my fathers outdated iPhone and my sons upgrade. I can?t ask for much more. Thanks Selby and team!
