Don't sell a Motorola phones to waltham cross branch as they say it has a small bend and can't guarantee that the battery is ok when the device is perfectly working order which I was using the daybefore selling the device they need to rethink the buying from customers as this is not acceptable by any standards when other places would accept the device.
What makes it worse for them they have Motorola phones on display for sale in the shop window the temp manger Callum D and tester not professional members of staff they need to rethink their choices more better than they did

Gone down hill Waltham Cross what in and I did have my membership card they're asked for ID I told them I had my Bus Pass with my name on and a very rude staff customer service very bad from the staff never be going back in this store Inwas going to say I would pop back in 5 minutes they're lost a sale that not my fault that was the staff own fault not mine so sold the item somewhere ease I hope this CEX close down in WX

Staff more concerned with chatting to each other than serving customers (I was only customer in shop). Sold game disk with massive crack in it and refused to give refund.

They have a 300% markup on used goods selling to them is a heartbreaking experience. The only plus is the 5 year warranty. Example I sell you a rokkat kone mouse you give me £6. One day later it's on your shelf for £15 how is that fair? I know your a business but what you offer is an insult.

Absolutely disgusting, if they don?t like your face they treat you like a criminal especially the big woman in there horrible experience and the way they make you wait knowing full well your there don?t even call you over to say it?s ready even if there no customers in there disgusting
