It was my first time coming down to the Waltham cross branch last week as I?m not from the area, & I must say hats off to Husseiyn& Leshae who assisted me at different points and made me feel welcome. An extra thank you to Leshae who not only provided a brilliant service but was also empathetic and comforting to My current situation. It was a lovely and smooth experience. Only down side was my MOT failing haha but aside that I have no complaints. 5/5 stars from me!

I have purchased my first "proper" car, a lovely Fiesta about a month ago. From finding the car, through the test drive up to finalising all the paperwork, Tipo was very helpful and professional, leading me through the finance process to make it as stress free as possible. There has been a hiccup at the end when I was supposed to collect the vehicle, but Tipo again went above and beyond and personally delivered the car to my workplace. I also had a few follow-up calls from him to check how I'm getting along with the car.All in all, I would definitely recommend Bristol Street Motors and Tipo himself, definitely for the first time buyers too! When feel like upgrading to a different car, I will definitely come back!

In the service department Leshaé and Ryan were amazing ? . I must say, I've dealt with Bristol Street Motors regularly but the service I've gotten this time around made me boost my initial review. From the time Leshaé has joined she has attended to me with the most professionalism. I didn't even want to talk to anyone else because I know she knows me and my vehicle, she gave me the service that I would have hoped for each time I've come to the dealership. I came in with a 5 satisfaction actually with a -4 satisfaction but since she was dealing with my case I can truly say I've left with 10/10 which has never happened. Well done keep up the great service ? .

This is the shorties I've waited for my MOT, Husseyin asked if I wanted anything to drink while waiting and once car was done bought me over to desk to let me know that car passed with all Green, no advisory. Nice to not have an extra expense to pay this month. Visit was 05/03/24

Very disappointed so far with this branch.I?ve purchased a used van for my business last month, and although the actual sales experience was pleasant problem started immediately after delivery.When I?ve picked up the van I?ve found a workshop note left under the seat explaining that the cruise control was faulty and needed to be looked at.Shortly after I?ve noticed that was actually not working along with the start and stop system.A bit disappointed but understand that mistake can happen and it may have been missed on pre delivery check.I?ve than booked it with the workshop to have it sorted out,when I?ve left the van I?ve explained the staff that been a work vehicle I needed asap and kindly asked to keep me informed on the progress.The following day I?ve tried to call several times and had no answer so I?ve decided to ged there. When I?ve got there it was just been checked? The person at the reception than come to ne with a long list of faults and parts to be replaced and said that They haven?t repaired it because they were making a claim with the third part insurance I have. I?ve than had to explain that I?ve just purchased the vehicle from them and that all of his problems wasn?t checked at pre delivery. So there is no need to claim the warranty.However he apologised for the misunderstanding and said that I would be contacted asap to book it in again and have it sorted. A week later, nothing!Once I haven?t been contacted by the workshop I?ve contacted the salesperson I?ve dealt with.Explained everything both on the phone and by email. And once again I haven?t been contacted back.Now the van is also leaking oil, and I?m unable to use it worrying it may break down while on the job?I do understand that machines ave problems and I?m fine with that, but if you make a mistake and don?t check it properly in the first place I would at list expect to be treated with urgency especially knowing that is a work van.Still waiting for a call back?

Ordered a breather pipe paid for it never seen or heard from anyone . I phoned several times and left messages just kept on getting fobbed off don't bother ordering parts you never gonna see them not very clever customer service very wound upDon't bother yourselfes

I visited here on 25/01/2024 for a routine car service. I got to my appointment before the opening time and was waiting patiently in my car for them to open when a member of staff (forgot his name!) came and personally got me from my car and took me into the main area. This was a real personal touch that made me feel prioritised and valued even though I was happy to wait! The hospitality and care that the staff here exhibit really makes something as simple as a service feel relaxed. It was a ?While U Wait? service and the environment was comfortable enough for me to work in the area.They also managed to diagnose and explain (what I thought was) a fault that I had been trying to have rectified by another branch for nearly a year to me in 5 minutes over the phone after I left (separate query).An amazing Vauxhall dealership will definitely be moving all my custom and future requirements here! You will not be disappointed.Staff are very forthcoming and helpful!
