Just been in boots with my kids and it?s absolutely hot in there
No air conditioner cant focus shopping as you?re so warm in the store
The staff don?t look happy probably because of the heat in the store
Can?t try out makeup as it?s all melted kmt ?very disappointing

After not getting much help in what I was looking for I was about to leave disappointed when I was approached by Lori from the No7 counter who couldn't of been more helpful . Took me around and showed me exactly what I was looking for and talked me through different products that would benefit me . Lori is and asset to Boots and a lot of staff could learn good customer service skills from her. I ended up buying several products and also booked a make up class with Lori too .

Pharmacy staff shocking . It closes between 1pm to 2pm each day but it?s not advertised on website . Staff just sitting there not willing to help laughing that is closed and there are queues of people waiting

Booked my free annual flu jab over a month ago for 4 Oct at 6.10pm. Received a txt message that day to say appt cancelled, and to rebook if l wanted to. Fortunately, also received txt message from my doctor's surgery that morning inviting me for the jab, which I subsequently arranged for the next morning, so I'm all done now, but no thanks to Boots. Won't be booking future appts with Boots Brookfield. They are too unreliable.

Sometimes can get busy but no overly busy. Quite a big store , That normally has what you want. And the pharmacy is open untill 8pm most day's via a outside window where you can talk to the pharmacist sadly now each day pharmacy closes 1300 untill 1400

This store is meant to close at 8pm I drove there and at 7.40pm it was closed with people queing up outside to collect prescriptions! So I couldn't even buy what I needed to! Disgusting typical lazy staff wanting to go home early.

We went to boots at Brookfield to colour match my daughter for a foundation. A lady called Angel helped us. She was so patient and kind. When we left my daughter said, ?mum that lady was so lovely?. Thank you Angel for being so lovely.

Searched on google closing time on Saturday it said 8pm but once I arrived there was a pice of paper on the glass saying it closes at 7pm was very disappointed

Plenty of room in store even with the Xmas crowds. So refreshing to be served by the wonderful Kim. It was late in the day and yet Kim was still brimming with a smile and enthusiasm to help me pick 2 crucial christmas gifts for my wife. There was no stock on the shelf for one item I wanted to find. KIM without hesitation hustled outback and came up trumps. Her professional approach, immediate attention and willingness to please is why the British public like to go shopping in store. Its shop floor staff like Kim that make the difference between a really enjoyable retail experience or a more mundane one. Thank you.
