The staff and customer service in this store is absolutely shocking! I?m a store manager within the shopping centre so visit this store at least 2-3 times a week and I?ve never had a good experience. Staff will see you standing in a queue and won?t serve, no acknowledgment and just rude. No one ever smiles or makes you feel welcome. Such a shame as I shop with the boots brand a lot and this being my local store but is so depressing to shop in.

Recently chose this store for a click and collect order. Very easy process and collected on the same day after receiving a notification email/text. However, the store does not open on Sundays, so have to wait an extra working day

I popped in there earlier today. I needed help in the pharmacy. The chemist I believe his name was fadhar was such a lovely man. Helped me out and was so approachable. Also there was a blonde lady behind there I think her name was Chelsea. She was also very polite and friendly. The customer care and service was absolutely brilliant and I'm glad I went there today because these two were superb. Boots should be proud of the way they represented the company

The pharmacy never answer the phone and they never have enough medications in stock even if it?s something they know is on repeat prescription

Had my flu jab here today. The pharmacist was very friendly and didn?t feel a thing either the needle. Expertly administered. The store itself is very tired and dated and very empty still but the chemist side is very good.

Pharmacist is constantly late to work. The past 3 times I have been here in the last year they have opened late because of their staff?s poor time keeping. The won?t open the rest of the store when this happens so even if you want an off-the-shelf product you can?t buy it. Word of advice to head office- change the store?s opening times to 09:30. It will be more accurate and save daily disappointment for your customers.

Just rushed to Boots (Sunday)to be on time to collect my order, arrived at 13.45 for them to THINK about letting me in to collect my order! A woman was standing between the door & the shop assessing who could go in as they shut at 14.00hrs ! Disgraceful !!! Boots should put on their closing times 14.00 ?not really but 13.30 hrs? !!!

Our Waltham Cross Pharmacy is great. Always so helpful, even when i've been a ditz and not collected my prescription etc - cannot fault them. Rest of store is fine, polite staff etc.
